James Staudinger, SR/WA, is Real Estate Services Manager for HDR Engineering, Inc. James has more than 30 years of right of way and real estate experience, which includes the delivery of right of way for freeways, highways, light rail, heavy rail, and other public projects in California and Washington. From 1985, up until he joined HDR, James had worked in the public sector in various real estate-related capacities with the Board of Equalization, Department of Savings & Loan, Caltrans, FDIC, and USDHUD, Sound Transit and OCTA.
