Sue R. Evans, Vice President, Western Division, Coates Field Service, Inc. Sue has been a licensed attorney for over 25 years, concentrating her work in title, real estate, oil & gas, probate and corporate law. She was in private practice in Oklahoma prior to joining Coates Field Service in 1987. Ms Evans has prepared title opinions from abstracts and public record for corporate and private clients, and has worked on projects involving new pipeline construction, levee reconstruction, utility services, telecommunications, railroads and a variety of property conversions. Ms Evans received her undergraduate degree in 1975 from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1978. She is a licensed California attorney, real estate broker and notary. She has been involved in International Right of Way Association Chapter 2 activities since 1995 and is currently Chapter 2 Education Co-Chair.
