IRWA Course 209: Navigating Intercultural Negotiations explores the processes, challenges, and opportunities involved in negotiating across cultures. Participants will strengthen their cultural awareness, examine how communication and negotiation styles differ, and learn practical strategies for building trust, managing conflict, and reaching mutually beneficial agreements with property owners, stakeholders, and project partners from diverse backgrounds. Through self-assessments, exercises, and real-world scenarios, participants will develop more adaptable, collaborative, and culturally responsible negotiation practices.
