With the technical skills required for proficiency in this complex activity, IRWA's specialized education and training programs provide an essential foundation for right of way professionals across the U.S. and Canada in all right of way disciplines: negotiation and acquisition, management, appraisal, relocation assistance, environmental, asset/property management, real estate law, engineering and surveying. IRWA Attendance and Exam Policy
For qualifying education credit, the Class Attendance Policy specifies that participants must be physically present for at least 90% of the classroom hours in order to receive credit, and receive a passing grade of 75% on the final exam (if applicable). For participants attending a class for continuing education credit, the Class Attendance Policy specifies that participants must be physically present for at least 90% of the classroom hours in order to receive credit.
IRWA offers several publications which serve as adjuncts to IRWA courses, many of them can be used for references.
