Building upon prior professional knowledge this course provides
participants with information regarding the analysis of abstracts to determine
who must execute a conveyance. Participants will become familiar with
terminology such as title estates, covenants, liens, encumbrances, and
contracts; and will also understand the preparation of chains of title from
public records.
