This introductory-level course covers the basic principles of Project Management, guiding participants through: • Application of Concepts – including Project Management methodologies, industry standards, quality management practices, and risk management identification and intervention. • Project Phases – identifying and discussing the five project management phases. • Processes – understanding processes from the beginning of a project to closure.
Credentialing
This course may be applied toward 16 hours of recertification toward of any of IRWA’s credentials and is a requirement for the IRWA’s upcoming R/W-PM certification.
