This two-day intermediate-level course is designed to equip you with practical project management skills specifically tailored for right of way (ROW) professionals. You will learn to apply industry-standard Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) principles while complying with other regulatory standards such as the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (URA).
Credentialing
This course may be applied toward 16 hours of recertification toward of any of IRWA’s credentials, may be used as an elective for the SR/WA Pathway, and is a requirement for the IRWA’s upcoming R/W-PM certification.
