  The Bluegrass Chapter invites you to the 2nd Annual Right-of-Way Day. This symposium will cover a wide range of topics within the Right-of-Way industry. We will have guests covering topics such as roadway, rails, utilities, legal and safety. The cost is $75.00 per person includes lunch.
