"Appraise What", will be a presentation that will be geared to acquisitions professionals, not necessarily appraisers. Acquisitions professionals need to understand the amount of information that is needed for a Statement of Work (Federal, State or private) in order for the appraiser to identify the depth of analysis necessary to perform an appraisal. The "what" includes factors such as specific parcel(s) to be appraised, mapping, title commitments and Scope of the Project.
