Course 239i: Principles of Wind Energy, Land Rights, and Acquisition is a one-day course, which explores the high-level development process for utility scale wind energy projects, including siting considerations, the unique nature of landowner agreements, payment structures and content, and permitting requirements. The course will also provide an overview of the construction process and real estate asset management considerations.
 
Credentialing

· The Professional Right of Way Certification Program: An elective for the SR/WA designation.
· The Specialist Program: An elective course that can be applied towards the Negotiation and Acquisition Certification Program (R/W-NAC).
· Recertification for any of the IRWA’s credentials.
· IRWA Instructor Recertification.
